Looking up to people for wisdom and avoid looking down on people are the most desired natural traits that any learner has to imbibe. The kind of education that needs to be imparted for the art of being an individual is to make a perpetual learner so that he might not stop his learning to remain an uneducated after the number of years of schooling so that the school should be the second home than the cell for him/her meaning each learner needs an individual study atmosphere and care. The first and the foremost efforts of a pedagogue is to motivate and open their mental eyes to the happenings around them which really means a good comment of home work for the teacher.
